Contents
All items present per the kit's contents list / BS 8599 where used
Quantities
Adequate quantities restocked to the assessed need
Expiry dates
No items past their expiry date (e.g. dressings, wipes)
Condition
Items clean, sealed, and undamaged
Location
Kit in its designated, accessible location
Signage
First aid signage present and the kit easy to find
Appointed persons
First aiders / appointed persons named and contactable
Accident book
Accident book available and completed as required
Additional provision
Eye wash, defibrillator, or other assessed items present and in date
Record
Inspection and restocking recorded
