About PM Assist

PM Assist is building compliance software for UK property and facilities teams. It keeps each building's statutory compliance register, planned maintenance and inspections in one place, and answers questions about the O&M manuals, drawings and certificates behind them with the page cited.

Why it exists

PM Assist was built by facilities management people who spent too many evenings hunting through PDF folders for a certificate or a fault-finding page. The compliance register came next, because the question an auditor asks — what is due, what is done, and where is the evidence — is the same question, asked about every building at once.

• 91 UK compliance duties configured, 63 of them statutory

Where your data lives

The application and database are hosted in Frankfurt, and document storage is in Stockholm. All customer data is stored in the EU. The trust and security page lists every subprocessor and how AI processing works.
